As Manager, Organizational Development, you will play a critical role in building a culture of continuous learning, growth, engagement, and organizational effectiveness across the enterprise. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to the following: • Deliver OD expertise to a variety of cross-functional and enterprise-level projects in partnership with senior leaders, including organization assessment, design, change and transition management, and culture transformation across the Guitar Center Company’s diverse brands.
