Manager, Sourcing (Private Brands)

The Manager, Sourcing will support the Director of Sourcing and Supply Chain in executing sourcing strategies across assigned product categories to drive cost efficiency, quality, and supplier performance. • Supplier Management: Manage day-to-day supplier relationships, evaluate vendor performance, and support negotiations to achieve favorable cost, quality, and delivery outcomes. • (Musical/Audio background is a strong plus but not a requirement) • 6–8 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or project leadership capacity. This position is eligible to participate in the Guitar Center Company bonus program based on Company performance.
