LOCATION: Ernie Ball Music Man POSITION: Manufacturing - Experienced Guitar Setup Tech SCHEDULE: Full Time: Monday - Thursday, 7AM to 5:30PM. DUTIES: Ernie Ball, the world’s leading manufacturer of strings and Music Man guitars, is looking for talented and dedicated musicians to perform final assembly and setups on our award winning guitars and basses. Such as: Fret Dressing and Detail Shape and polish frets to create the ultimate playing experience Clean, oil, and wax instruments to achieve supreme playability and feel Body Preparation and Parting Prepare instrument for hardware and electronic components Install pickups, hardware, and electronic components Solder electrical components together REQUIREMENTS: Must have experience and familiarity with electric guitars to apply for this position Instrument setup, and electronics knowledge High attention to detail and quality Manufacturing and/or production experience is a plus Foster our core values of being Authentic, Passionate, Imaginative, Tenacious, and Reliable Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Must be comfortable working with your hands and with hand tools Be reliable with good attendance and work ethic Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs and practice good safety habits BENEFITS: $19.00/hr Paid Vacation Paid Sick Time Paid Holidays Medical, Dental, and Vision Plans Company paid life insurance Voluntary Plans through Aflac Employee Discount 401K with an Employer Match Ernie Ball Inc. is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
