Responsibilities: • Develop engaging and effective lesson plans for marching band rehearsals and performances to facilitate student learning and mastery of musical pieces and marching formations. • Offer guidance and constructive feedback to students to support their musical and marching skill development and growth as musicians and performers. • Collaborate with fellow instructors and staff to plan music selection and marching routines for a cohesive and synchronized marching band performance. Through arts education programs and more, Leaders of Tomorrow Youth Center enriches the lives of thousands of underserved youth in the Maryland, D.C., and Virginia school systems, empowering them to develop their artistic talents and achieve their greatest potential. Many of our students come from schools in Baltimore City and surrounding areas that are in dire need of arts education and behavioral intervention.
