RESPONSIBILITIES - Assesses students skills and reports to the band director with any issues - Develops a regular practice schedule and organizes rehearsal time to provide both individual and ensemble development. - Establishes and maintains standards of pupil behavior and provides proper supervision of members at all times. - Follows established procedures in the event of an injury. - Conferences with the director of bands, as necessary, regarding the performance of their students. - Follows state, regional, and district regulations governing the band program.
