The opportunities team at Sonicbids is responsible for working with music promoters, booking agents and music licensing agents with one goal in mind: providing the best playing opportunities for Sonicbids musicians to apply to and book. You will be responsible for providing guidance through the listing creation process, and provide feedback to our product team to ensure the listing creation process is as efficient as possible. • Manage all opportunity listings and maintain quality standards • Assist new self-service users through the listing creation process • Analyze listing statistics and provide insight into listing segments • Work with marketing and product to foster growth of listing segments and product efficiency • 1+ year experience in writing and editing role • Proven experience in delivering high-quality work in a time-efficient manner • Demonstrated history focusing on customer loyalty and retention • Understanding of data and user segmentation
