You will be a member of the Digital Workplace team and report to the Manager of Digital Workplace. Essential Functions: • Administer, support, and enhance Microsoft 365 services including Intune, Exchange, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and Copilot • Administer user accounts, licenses, and permissions via Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Okta, and other platforms • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and reliability • Build, configure, and enforce security policies using Microsoft Defender, GPO, Conditional Access, Purview, and compliance tools • Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement new features and optimize workflows • Support and monitor on-prem and virtual infrastructure consisting of Windows servers, Cisco switches, Microsoft Hyper V, Failover Cluster Manager, AWS EC2, VPN, and building Wi-Fi Access Points.
