The primary responsibilities include performing and rehearsing as a skilled musician within different ensembles of the Army Band. In the Army National Guard, you will gain valuable music skills while earning a steady paycheck and qualifying for tuition assistance. Training for the Military Musician position consists of 10 weeks of Basic Training, focusing on essential Soldiering skills, followed by up to 23 weeks of Advanced Individual Training.
