Currently, our ministry consists of a Worship Team, Youth Worship, and a Dance Ensemble. • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, manage, and motivate musicians and vocalists. • Cultivate a Heart of Worship: Foster a culture of worship within the church that encourages spiritual growth and discipleship. • Collaborate with Church Leadership: Work closely with the Senior Pastor and other church leaders to integrate music into the overall vision and mission of the church. • Ability to Lead Worship: Lead worship experiences as needed, in collaboration with the Worship Leader.
