We are seeking a highly skilled professional to serve as our Minister of Music and Arts in Fort Worth, Texas. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in music; seminary degree or formal theological training, experience in a local church setting leading worship/music. Key Responsibilities include: • Leading Worship: Create a musical environment that strives for authenticity, creativity, and excellence, having an appreciation for all musical genres. • Servant Leadership: Serve as first-level supervisor to all staff within the worship ministry, including the Director of Worship & Events, volunteers, and musicians involved in the worship ministry. • Strategic Planning: Meet regularly with the Pastor to explore practical ways to incorporate worship into every ministry of the church.
