This person will have had a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ and possess a strong Scriptural background. This person will work with the pastor to arrange and lead the musical part of the worship services. This person will direct, plan and coordinate the music program for the music ministry. This person will communicate to the pastor the goals and vision for the music ministry. This person will demonstrate a high level of compassion, giving to people who are experiencing difficulty in their lives, particularly to the members of our body who participate in the music ministry.
