They should also be able to support New Spirit’s Christian identity, Lutheran theology, Core Values, and commitment to welcome and inclusion.

Who Is New Spirit?
At New Spirit, six Core Values help shape who we are and the ministry God is calling us to do:
Grace Comes First
Belonging Matters
Faith Changes Us
Love Shows Up
Mercy Is Practiced Here
Courageous Love Leads Us Forward
We believe church should be a place where people can bring their whole selves — questions, doubts, gifts, stories and all — as we follow Jesus together.
We also believe worship matters. It forms us, gathers us around God’s Word and Sacraments, gives voice to our faith, and sends us back into the world to love and serve our neighbors.
We’re looking for someone who wants not simply to fill a Sunday role, but to help us build what comes next.
