As Music Ministry Director at Bethel Lutheran Ministries, you will lead the music ministry at Bethel Lutheran church. Primary to this role, you will work closely with the pastors, elders, and musicians to ensure the entire church congregation can connect to God through music in both traditional and contemporary worship settings. • Meets with pastors to make traditional and contemporary selections in accordance with the readings and sermon topics planned, and in support the distinct worship service styles offered. Has an appreciation for both traditional and contemporary worship music. • Experience in church music leadership or participation.
