Modern Band Director

The Ensemble Director at BOCO leads student bands and group classes, fostering collaboration, creativity, and performance skills in a supportive environment. Responsibilities include selecting appropriate repertoire, arranging music for diverse skill levels, directing rehearsals, and preparing students for live performances. In addition to group leadership, the Ensemble Director may also teach one-on-one private lessons in their primary instrument or area of expertise. This includes developing individualized lesson plans, tracking student progress, and helping students set and achieve personal musical goals. Job Types: Part-time, Contract
