Modern Worship Leader

As a member of the Modern Worship team, consisting of Modern Worship Leaders from each location, will work collaboratively to create, select and arrange music as well as recruit, develop and train volunteer worship leaders. Alongside the Location Pastor, they will help in the weekly worship planning process, as well as engage with every other aspect of the location’s ministry by working collaboratively with a diverse team of ministry leaders. • Assist in the planning of worship with location pastor and worship team members. • Provide leadership for modern worship services, rehearsals and other events, as needed. • Proven experience in performing, training, and directing a group of musicians in a variety of musical genres and working on a team of people.
