Music Academy Director

Axis Music Academy, a locally owned music education company with locations in West Bloomfield and Birmingham, is seeking an Academy Director to oversee and manage the Birmingham location. Responsibilities include: • Client relations / customer service • Schedule management for both students and instructors • Daily and weekly reporting • Facility upkeep • Help with marketing the academy • Development of outreach programs and additional revenue streams Ideal candidates will: • Have a love of music and enjoy interacting with kids • Possess excellent phone skills • Be able to communicate effectively through email • Have some sales experience • Be able to work evenings and Saturdays • Have experience managing people • Be proficient in Microsoft Office
