Music Accounts Associate

Previous music campaigns have included Cardi B, Russ, Doja Cat, Surfaces, SAUNt JHN, Marshmello, etc.

Flighthouse is currently looking for an Associate, Music Accounts (aka Account Coordinator) on the music marketing team to drive revenue growth and maintain relationships with clients. You will oversee the communication and deal flows between Flighthouse and music clients, ensure that campaigns are executed, and guarantee that campaign requirements are delivered. Previous

REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years of experience in a strategy, account management, or business development role within an agency, music label, media company, or technology companyDemonstrated experience in sellingAbility to manage client communication and internal creative deliverables across multiple large clients simultaneouslyProduct fluency in TikTokStrong communication skills - both verbal and written

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Stay on top of the latest pop culture / TikTok trendsManage multiple music influencer TikTok campaigns simultaneouslyLiaise between client and internal marketing teamSell marketing campaign services to potential new clientsGather post-campaign report data & update clients on performanceSchedule and coordinate upcoming campaigns with influencer relations teamBuild and maintain client relationships
