The Music Program, housed within the Department of Performing Arts, seeks a Flagler College student to assist with clerical, administrative, and marketing tasks within the Department of Performing Arts.
* Basic office duties such as data entry, scanning, quality check, filing, and copying
* PR/Marketing and promotional coordination and materials generation
* Helping to coordinate/schedule community outreach and relationship-building with the Performing Arts Department
* Music Library cataloguing, distribution, and collection
* Help with recruitment activities and tours for potential incoming students
* Assisting with other duties as assigned by the supervisor within the department
