Rise Up Music Group is expanding and looking for motivated A&Rs to help us continue scaling what we’re building — an affordable, professional artist management platform for independent artists. This is a remote hybrid role: • Most work can be done from anywhere • Local, in-person networking is required • Ideal for self-starters who are natural connectors This is not a call-center job and not a traditional sales role. As an A&R with Rise Up Music Group, your primary responsibility is to: • Network with independent artists in your local area • Start genuine conversations • Identify artists who are serious about their career • Introduce them to our management services Our mission is to become the DistroKid of artist management — affordable, accessible, and professional.
