We are Supreme Team a music production company consisting of many songwriters and producers. We have producers/songwriters/engineers in multiple American cities including Detroit, Atlanta, and Los Angeles. We have wrote and produced for many artists both local up-and-comers and celebrities alike. We produce music in many different styles and genre. We have been apart of many projects featured in films and ranking up millions of streams/views on multiple platforms including iTunes, Youtube, Spotify, Soundcloud, and more.
We have garnered a large social following and in 2021 we are expanding our presence online. We are starting to offer online beat sales, mixing and mastering services, as well as offering major artist placements online. In addition to this, we will now be expanding our clothing and merchandise sales online offering free 2-day shipping worldwide on many different designs that we have collaborated with producers, artists, and designers from all over.
Job Description
In order for us to keep up with the demand we are looking to expand. We are searching for reliable, detail-orientated Audio Engineers and Producers to join our growing team.
Engineers will be able to take on mixing and mastering projects from quality creatives worldwide. In this, engineers will be able to earn at their own pace, taking on projects from artists that match the engineers? style. Producers will be able to collaborate with other quality creatives in Supreme Team?s network. Producers will be able to earn at their own pace, taking on projects from artists that match the Producer?s style. Producers will be offered placement opportunities and have their works shopped around as well as sold on our Official Site. We provide a dashboard where each engineer/producer is able to see the available projects, collaborate with other members, download/upload files, and see the earning capability of each job and their respective deadlines.
Due to the response of applicants to our Engineer position we have decided to recruit more Brand Ambassadors. To be successful as an Ambassador, you should have a discerning ear and be able to identify what sounds good. You should be a self-starter, able to manage yourself and a team when needed. Outstanding candidates are knowledgeable about music industry trends, audio equipment, technology, able to follow written and verbal instructions, and consistently deliver superb results. You should have the ability to advertise our products and answer client queries online. Ultimately, you should be able to increase our company?s brand awareness and generate new sales opportunities.
Education and Training
Ambassadors ideally should have some background in music, whether it comes from formal education or not. Additionally, they should have mastered the technical skills associated with being a sound engineer. These skills are often taught in associate degree programs.
Sound engineering and ultimately producing are hands-on skills. Ambassadors are expected to have firsthand experience working with sound and mixing. Ambassadors should specialize in the urban musical genres of Hip Hop, Trap, R&B, or Soul. (Pop and Reggae are also accepted).
Ambassador Requirements:
Certificate in Audio Technology or similar recommended.
Must own a studio or have full access to one.
Management experience or similar recommended.
Professional self-starter with a growth mindset.
Practical experience with sound equipment.
Superb ear for sound.
Attention to detail.
Knowledge of industry law and ethics.
Firm grasp of sound editing techniques.
Strong collaboration skills.
Ability to work under pressure and stay calm when things go wrong.
Ambassador Responsibilities:
Manage own studio and accept studio sessions booked through Supreme Team?s official website.
Host periodic meetings and writing sessions for Supreme Team members in your District.
Communicating with staff members to ensure deadlines are met and projects are completed to specifications.
Understanding client briefs and selecting the appropriate sound and mixing equipment for the project.
Editing, mixing, and manipulating recorded and live sound.
Collaborating and networking with other Producers and professionals inside the Network.
Participating in training opportunities and constantly finding new ways to improve skills.
Gathering ideas and inspiration for projects.
Rearranging compositions.
Create, share and respond to online reviews.
Provide liaison support for Supreme Team events in your District.
