We are passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for our audience and providing a platform for talented musicians to showcase their craft.Job Description:As a Music Coordinator at Pleasant Beach Village, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of live music events. You will report directly to the Music and Community programming director of Pleasant Beach Village. Responsibilities:- Set up and dismantle stages for live... music events, ensuring all equipment is in place and functional.- Assist bands and artists with load-in procedures, providing support and guidance as needed.- Work closely with the lead sound engineer to set up microphones, run cables, and ensure optimal sound quality during performances.- Contribute to the promotion and marketing of shows through postering and other light promotional activities.- Operate lighting equipment during live performances, creating an engaging visual experience for our audience.- Maintain a clean and organized venue before, during, and after events.-Manage ticketing for shows through the Eventbrite ticketing platform and handle walk up sales. Requirements:- Previous experience working in a live music venue or similar environment preferred.- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with bands, artists, and team members.- Basic knowledge of sound and lighting equipment, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly in fast-paced environments.- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate event schedules.How to Apply:If you are passionate about live music and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment, we want to hear from you!
