Key Responsibilities • Work with Lead Pastor to plan the music portion of weekly services 4 to 6 weeks in advance and special services (Good Friday, Easter, Christmas Eve, etc.) • Introduce new music to Park | Forest Glen that is doctrinally sound and musically engaging. Desired Skills, Abilities, and Interests • Skilled in multiple instruments and the ability to fill in on a band if needed. Will develop and strengthen the music ministry at Park | Forest Glen by planning services, training leaders, and developing current musicians to make their best contributions to the local church community. While the Music Coordinator will not play every week, they will have to be directly involved in the selection of music and the overall flow of service in conjunction with the Location Pastor.
