Music Coordinator

**Overview:** Faith Lutheran Church is seeking a Music Coordinator to provide accompaniment music for worship services and recruit and empower lay musicians to participate in music ministry. **Responsibilities:** • Provide accompaniment music for worship services • Recruit and empower lay musicians to participate in music ministry • Be available for Sunday morning and Wednesday evening worship services with flexibility for the remaining hours • Other duties as assigned by the church • *Qualifications:** • Experience in music coordination or a related field • Strong musicianship skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Excellent communication and organizational skills • *Benefits:** • Paid time off for accrued annual leave, sick leave, and holidays
