Multi-Site Director will also work with the campus worship leaders to develop volunteer music directors and to train up the musicians. • Develop a thriving weekend worship experience at the satellite campuses. • Help ensure that the campus is effective with worship and weekend experience trends and creative practices. • Ensure that all technical logistics for the worship experience are lined up for weekend services. • Equip volunteers and volunteer MD’s with the skills to produce arrangements and live direction of weekend
