Music Director

The Music Director shall serve as a voting member of the Worship & Music Committee and provide regular reports of their activities to the Council and prepare an Annual Report of music activities to the Congregation at the time of the congregational Annual Meeting. Schedule all music used in the worship Service including appropriate hymns, responses, and anthems. This shall include the coordination of all musical organizations of the church such as bell choirs and vocal choirs and Praise group, instrumentalists, and musical offerings of any kind within the context of a worship Service. f. Enlist and train vocal and instrumental musicians to assist as needed in the service music and, where possible, arrange and/or orchestrate music as needed for the Service musicians. Cause the ordering, purchasing, cataloging, and filing of all music or supplies and securing musicians used in worship Services subject to the budget limitations as determined by the Council and the Worship & Music Committee.
