Job Overview: School of Rock is a leading provider of music education with over 300 schools worldwide. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Music Director to lead our music program and create a safe and inspiring environment for students to learn and grow. Responsibilities: • Create and implement music curriculum to maximize student learning and engagement • Oversee the development of shows, including casting decisions, set lists, and rehearsals • Maintain relationships with parents and students through regular communication and tours • Teach private lessons and classes as directed by the General Manager • Manage school operations, including maintenance of music equipment and adherence to safety policies
