Music Director

ILLUMINATE’S OVERALL VISION: Our vision is to be a “city on a hill” where the broken, hurting, and searching are drawn to the light and love of Jesus. The Music Director will align with and help support vision for ICC in the area of worship music and arts. The Music Director will assist and communicate with the Worship Pastor in efforts to develop and prepare impactful worship through music. • Supports worship pastor with preparation for weekly rehearsals, and sound checks including Sunday worship services, major events, projects, etc. • Helps in the development of more volunteer musicians at ICC by creating systems and processes of growth.
