The role includes building a worship repertoire by regularly introducing new songs that fit the G+P style and theology, preparing music for the worship team, and managing team schedules and rotations. The individual will lead rehearsals and worship services, make adjustments for absences, mentor musicians, and develop new music leaders from within the team. Additionally, the role requires managing tech staff for worship tech needs, preparing a worship budget, and participating in weekly staff meetings as able. , • Mentor and challenge team musicians on their instruments regularly for growth. , • Must be theologically comfortable with G + P's view of the purpose of music in the worship service as outlined in the G + P Worship/Music Team Information document.
