Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a Music Director at Lake Drummond Baptist Church. The Music Director will be responsible for leading the church choir/worship, selecting appropriate music for services, coordinating rehearsals, and enhancing the overall musical experience during worship services. Qualifications Proficiency in a musical instrument Ability to lead and direct a choir Passion for music and creating a spiritually uplifting atmosphere Good organizational and communication skills
