Job Title: Music Director The Music Director will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Village's music program, which contributes to the diversity of the Village's overall lifestyle program. This position is responsible for developing musical activity programming that engages independent living residents in mentally stimulating and nurturing social activities, contributing to the residents' overall wellness. This role requires a strong understanding of music education and experience working with older adults. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and a passion for promoting arts and culture in the community.
