Preferably the music director would be a Christian who enjoys working with amateur singers and leading worship during the Sunday Service through music. • Train and develop an adult choir (the Chancel Choir), other singers and musicians to lead the ministry of music at worship services. • Cooperate with the minister in making choral music, special music and multiple musical instruments an integral part of the worship services. • Shall, for special occasions, provide a choral program in cooperation with the Pastor and Session. • Shall, with consent and cooperation of the Pastor and/or the Session, both initiate and improve the quality of music in the life of Trinity and in the worship services.
