The Music Director will provide organ and piano music and musical leadership for regular weekend Parish services, Holy Day Masses and special events as requested by the Pastor. Position recruits, trains, schedules, and rehearses all choirs, ensembles, cantors, and parish musicians and participates in planning religious services in conjunction with the pastor and church staff. Special Liturgical Events: Prepare and play for liturgical events such as Masses on Holy Days, Stations of the Cross during Lent and other important liturgical events. Administration: Assist in managing the music budget, maintaining a library of music resources, and coordinating the scheduling of musicians and cantors. Proficiency in playing the organ and piano, with a deep understanding of liturgical music and its role in worship services.
