Music Director

**Overview:** We are seeking a highly qualified and passionate Music Director to join our team for the 2025-2026 school year. As Music Director, you will be responsible for building and leading a comprehensive music program for K-12 students, with a focus on instrumental and vocal music. This is a full-time position, but part-time consideration will be given to the right candidate. **Responsibilities:** • Develop and implement a comprehensive music program for K-12 students, including instrumental and vocal music • Build and lead a variety of music programs for elementary, middle, and high school students • Direct the pep band for athletic events and participate in school musical productions • Teach music classes to students in grades K-12, using developmentally appropriate methods • Establish and maintain effective student discipline in the classroom, per school philosophy and policies • Serve as a model of Christ-like living, demonstrating Christian character and good citizenship • *Qualifications:** • Bachelor's degree in a music-related field or equivalent experience • California teaching credential or willingness to meet requirements for ACSI certification • Personal reference letter, professional reference letter, and pastoral/church staff reference letter • *Benefits:** • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunity to work with a talented and dedicated team of educators • Comprehensive training and support for music program development • A positive and supportive school environment that values Christian character and good citizenship
