Worship Leader Position Grace + Peace Church is seeking a skilled and dedicated Worship Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong musical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for leading congregational worship. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement music plans that align with the church's vision and values • Lead rehearsals and worship services, ensuring high-quality musical performances • Mentor and grow volunteer musicians, helping them improve their skills and confidence • Collaborate with the tech team to ensure seamless execution of worship services • Manage budgets and resources related to music and technology Requirements • Bachelor's degree in music or equivalent experience • Proficiency on multiple instruments, with high expertise in piano and/or guitar • Pleasing vocal tone for worship leading, with high proficiency in harmonization • Ability to mentor and grow volunteer musicians • Experience leading congregational worship and working with volunteers About Us We are committed to spreading the Gospel and serving our community through faith, love, and kindness.
