The Music Director will be responsible for overseeing music programs, conducting rehearsals, leading performances, and coordinating with other musicians and staff. Qualifications • Music Theory and Music Education skills • Experience in Music Production and Church Music • Ability to play musical instruments and read music sheets • Knowledge of different music genres and styles • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Experience working in a church or religious organization is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Music or related field
