Music Director

**Overview:** We are seeking a highly qualified and enthusiastic Music Director to join our team. As a key member of our school community, you will be responsible for building and leading a music program that inspires and educates students from kindergarten to high school. **Responsibilities:** • Develop and implement music programs for students in kindergarten to high school, including instrumental and vocal music • Build an instrumental music program from the ground up, starting with students in 4th and 5th grade • Lead classroom music instruction and direct the pep band for athletic events • Collaborate with students, teachers, and staff to develop and produce school musical productions • Establish and maintain effective student discipline in the classroom • Present content with a Biblical worldview and model Christ-like living • *Qualifications:** • BA or BS degree • Teaching credential • Hold or be willing to obtain Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) certification • Three letters of recommendation (pastoral, professional, personal) • *Benefits:** • Opportunity to work with a diverse range of students and staff • Chance to build and lead a music program from the ground up • Collaborative and supportive school environment • Competitive compensation and benefits package (full-time or part-time opportunities available)
