Job Summary The Music Director plays a pivotal role in shaping the musical vision and direction of Triplett Church. The Music Director will be responsible for overseeing musical performances, conducting rehearsals, and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and growth, through the use of multiple musical styles. • Communicate effectively with choir members, church members, and the community to promote events and initiatives. • Ability to engage with choir and church members. This role is ideal for individuals who are dedicated to fostering a love for music while understanding the purpose of the music will allow God's people to praise and worship of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
