The Music Director will play an intricate role in overseeing the worship ministry to ensure a consistent worship experience. This includes recruiting, training, and developing other worship leaders, backup team members, and musicians. This person will work closely with the lead pastors to create an overall engaging worship experience each week, and help to develop a sound that’s in alignment with the vision and spirit of the house.
