Music Director

The Music Director at Virginia Highland Church is responsible for leading all aspects of the church's music ministry. This part-time role involves collaboration with pastors, the worship team, and committees to plan and execute music for worship services, which occur weekly on Sundays. The Music Director will serve as the primary musician, oversee the music budget, and encourage participation in the music ministry. , • Attend weekly rehearsals with choir and musicians for worship preparation. , • Hire outside musicians as necessary within the constraints of the budget.
