Music Director

Our worship is intentionally blended—rooted in the rich heritage of traditional hymns while joyfully incorporating newer, doctrinally sound songs. We’re blessed to be able to hire a full-time Music Director who will shepherd this vital ministry, build up a church orchestra, and help our people sing with heart and truth. The Music Director will serve as a key leader on our pastoral team, overseeing all aspects of the church’s music ministry. This is a full-time position, and we are open to incorporating additional pastoral responsibilities based on the candidate’s gifting and calling. Desired Qualification • sA clear testimony of personal salvation and a calling to local church ministry • .Agreement with the doctrinal beliefs and mission of Collinsville Baptist Tabernacle • .Musical proficiency (vocal and/or instrumental) and the ability to lead congregational singing • .Experience directing choirs or ensembles and working with a range of musical abilities • .Strong organization, communication, and leadership skills • .Formal musical training is preferred; practical experience and pastoral maturity will be strongly considered
