Music Director

Are you a passionate and experienced music leader with a heart for worship and community? Westminster Presbyterian Church in beautiful Tiburon, California, is seeking a Music Director to lead a vibrant music ministry and enrich our two Sunday morning worship services with meaningful, spirit-filled music. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with pastoral staff to coordinate a range of worship music from traditional to contemporary • Arrange and schedule a variety of configurations of singers and instrumental musicians throughout the year • Direct and rehearse the choir for regular worship music • Introduce creative ideas for growing new music groups or initiatives, working with both adults and children • Supervise the worship and choir accompanist and other musicians as needed • Manage music library and annual music budget
