The Music Director will work closely with the Minister, Worship Leadership Team, Worship Associates, the music committee, as well as guest and volunteer musicians to plan and implement meaningful, diverse, and inclusive music offerings that deepen the worship experience and reflect the breadth of Unitarian Universalist values. • Help evolve the role of music in the life of UUCV, including multigenerational music and community partnerships. This is a part-time 15-hour-a-week non-exempt position with a starting annual salary of $14,214.00. • An additional 4 hours per week in person outside of Sundays, to be scheduled in collaboration with the Minister. These may include: • Meeting with guest musicians or volunteers • Attending worship planning meetings or seasonal rehearsals • On-site music preparation or collaboration • Participating in community or special events related to music ministry
