• Shall be responsible for all coordination, organization, preparation, and performance of the choir and congregational music selections as required to support the Contemporary Gospel Worship Service. • Shall assist the CWGS Chaplain in coordinating music by special groups and choirs who are invited as guests at Chapel-sponsored events and services. • Must have Contemporary & Gospel choir experience and be familiar with the flow of Contemporary & Gospel worship styles. • Must possess sound accompaniment skills, competent sight-reading ability, play by ear, and be able to play music from various genres such as traditional, contemporary, praise, and worship. • Shall have at least two years of experience directing and playing for church choirs in traditional hymns, gospel, and contemporary Christian music.
