Music Director

This position is responsible for music at all liturgical and non-liturgical celebrations; the training, development, and preparation of cantors, musicians and choir members; and all administrative functions associated with the position. Job Responsibilities: • Selects music and musicians for all liturgical activities, in keeping with the preferences of the Pastor/Administrator, and accompanies preferably with organ and/or piano. • Demonstrates a passion for and love of liturgical music and works to instill that in the music ministers and parish community. • Provides accurate copyright information and coordinates all financial responsibilities. • Experience with liturgical music in a parish setting.
