Music Program Overview The Music Director will design and lead a music program that evokes, encourages, and supports congregational prayer and participation. Responsibilities • Prepare and plan for all liturgical services • Train and utilize cantors to encourage congregational singing • Foster fellowship, spirituality, and commitment among choir members • Conduct regular choir rehearsals and brief practices before services • Choose music that enhances, compliments, and supports the message of each worship experience
