• Attend monthly Worship Team Board meetings to provide musical suggestions for upcoming services. • Confer regularly with the Worship Team Board and Pastor to coordinate contributions to the worship service. • Schedule special music events throughout the year and organize performances with other instrumentalists. • Consult with the Worship Team Board to develop the music department's annual budget. • Play for weddings, funerals, or other events as needed, compensated by the individuals using the services.
