About the position The Music Director at Royal Entertainment is responsible for leading the music program, mentoring musicians, and conducting rehearsals and performances. • Select music that will be a good fit for the musicians and offer a challenge, as well as appeal to your audience, and transpose music as needed. • Examine musical scores to determine your interpretation and develop a deep understanding of the piece before presenting it to group members. • Communicate effectively with musicians, staff, and stakeholders.
