Will be committed to ministry in St. Paul’s Lutheran church and will minister with a servant’s attitude. Communicate with the church secretary regarding the hymns/songs for services, special music, organist schedule, and any other music matters for the bulletin. Recruit, train and schedule all music team singers for worship services. The Director of Music shall work under the supervision of the Lead Pastor, in cooperation with the Elders, with ultimate accountability to the Church Council. The Director of Music and Worship shall meet regularly with the Lead Pastor for planning and prayer.
