Music Director

Our church... is a non-denominational multi-site church with four St. Louis-area campuses where we gather each weekend to study this ancient story found in Scripture that is still transforming lives today. We believe church should be a place where believers in Jesus and skeptics can stand side-by-side to study truth and ask tough questions. Music Director......is a full-time position that will oversee the Music Team staff across all campuses to create holy, powerful, and personal expressions of musical worship music during weekend services and events in a way that consistently upholds the values and beliefs of The Crossing. • Lead worship vocally and/or instrumentally for weekend services on a regular basis • Other staff duties as required by programming leadership Necessary Skills and Attributes • Advanced knowledge of industry-standard pre-production technology including, but not limited to, Ableton Live, Pro-Tools or comparable DAW, and other software • Be willing to learn and train others on new music production technology • Ability to play at least on instrument and communicate effectively details for all instruments used at a worship venue at The Crossing • Experienced worship leader and vocalist
