Music Director

is a culturally centered organization integrating music, wellness, and community engagement. We are seeking a Music Director who can provide leadership across multiple musical projects and support the growth and coordination of our vocal and band talent. The Music Director provides musical leadership and coordination for various vocalists, bands, and musical projects affiliated with Dumas R.I.S.E. Rehearsal Planning & Leadership • Proactively schedule rehearsals at a minimum of once per month • Coordinate rehearsals for individual vocalists and group projects • Lead or co-lead rehearsals with clear goals and structure • Ensure rehearsals are scheduled and occur consistently is an equal opportunity organization and encourages candidates from diverse, culturally grounded backgrounds to apply.
